Our design team initially carries our software simulation using CAE and other tools to verify that the design parameters fully meet specified performance requirements.
At this stage our local teams can rapidly accommodate customer modifications and recommend simplifications to designs, add new functionality or change geometry and style to suit evolving model requirements and specifications.
After software simulation, we then create design pattern prototypes for testing using CNC machining and 3D printing. We then use these to confirm the following:
